Topic: Caught my reflection today...

For the first time in a long time, as I walked into the Y...I was a little startled because I didn't look like what I remember looking like...I looked...reasonably normal! That was shocking...I stopped, paused, and just looked...and smiled a little bit...

I don't remember looking that...vertical! :-)

I do weigh myself daily. I know they don't like you doing that, but, honestly, it helps keep me focused on doing well, every day.

It's easy not to peek at the scale when you don't own one! lol If I buy one I will always be on it! lol My appointment went great! I am now allowed to EAT!! haha Not that I am hungry! Tonight I had roasted chicken breast for dinner tonight and it tasted AMAZING!!!

Well, I was weighed on a new scale at the Nut office and I have more muscle than fat! Which is awesome! I also lost 13 lbs since surgery! I am so excited! I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I will keep you all informed! Thank you all for your continuing support!

Wow Jeanine! I can't believe you haven't even peaked at the scale yet! That is will power! So glad to hear that you are doing well! Let us all know how your appointment goes! Thanks for the update! I was wondering how you were making out with everything!

I go Monday June 6th for my first follow up appointment with Dayhim and my Nut! I have not weighed myself since surgery. I know I have already lost inches but I have no ideathe actual number of pounds. I am excited to know how much I have lost! I am doing good. I haven't been doing too bad on my liquids but I cannot wait to have some turkey!! lol

I am getting soooo excited! Ten days until I start the liquid diet! (Well Im not that excited for that part but in a sick way I guess I kind of am). Every time I come...I am so inspired by all of you!
